LEARN MORE Teachers have loved my Six Minutes Podcast Activities
This was a FANTASTIC resource and we had so much fun exploring and using this resource with the Six Minutes podcast. The kids enjoyed it immensely. I digitized the quizzes on Quizizz to save paper, but other than that, great resource! The kids wanted to continue but our summer school was coming to a close. Will definitely use it again!

My students loved this podcast, and this accompanying set of activities was perfect for ensuring that they were understanding it. I used it several times a week, and plan to use it again this year. Thank you!

Even better than the previews suggest! There are so many open-ended sheets that can be used for every episode in addition to the specific episode questions. Love that this includes things that can be used for so many different goals, which makes it even better for mixed groups where different students can work on different sheets while all using the same general activity. Worth every penny!

This exec. function checklist is a great resource that is already crafted and put together. I adjusted mine a little to meet my scholar's needs, but this was a great resource and I included several pieces of this document into my own.

I love that I can laminate and throw the task cards on a ring as I travel to different schools. I like that the setup is the same, although it can be overwhelming for some students to look at all 28 on the page at once (so I break them down). I'd love some 3 step directions for my more advanced students too!

This was exactly what I was looking for to use with the 6 Minute podcast! I like that it's quick, but that students still have accountability after listening to the episode. This saved me a ton of time and helps me see who is staying on track with their station work while I am working with small groups. I have been using this podcast as my listening station and then having students answer the questions after each episode.

We switched IEP software systems this year and the drop-down menus that have accommodations are limited! I have added many of these accommodations into every IEP that I write now because they are worded clearly enough for parents and teachers to understand. Thank you for this resource! I hope you make more resources like this!

Complex Underlying Structures to Correctly Restate Questions in the Answer
Restating the Question in the Answer is a language formulation task that requires the metalinguistic ability to drop the question word, identify the main idea or subject, and use understanding of parts of speech to find the verb. Once those steps are accomplished, students then must manipulate the sentence structure to restate an interrogative as a declarative sentence. Finally, the student must have well-developed working memory to retain the question and find the answer.
